Schedule of Events

Friday, May 10, 2013
11:00 a.m. Rehearsal (Meyer Sports Complex)
Note: You do not wear regalia for the rehearsal.
12:00 p.m. Lunch available for purchase in the Waybright Center's Hawkins Dining Hall. Graduates on a meal plan may use an available swipe for lunch.
2:00 p.m. The President's Reception (Waybright Center)
Graduates and their guests are invited to come and enjoy dessert and fellowship with the TEDS/TGS faculty, hosted by President and Mrs. Williford.
3:30 p.m. Graduates: Line up/Processional
Graduates proceed to Meyer Sports Complex and meet in the adjacent tent for line up and processional for the commencement convocation. Regalia should be worn, but no hoods.
4:00 p.m. Commencement Convocation (Meyer Sports Complex)
Graduates, guests, faculty and staff join together in praise, prayer, and worship.
Speaker: Dr. G. Craig Williford, President, Trinity International University
5:30 p.m. The Celebration* (Waybright Center)
Immediately following the commencement convocation, The Celebration supper buffet begins in the Waybright Center. Graduates do not require a ticket.
*Guest tickets are available at $5.00 each. (Children 9 years and younger are free.) Tickets may be purchased at Grad Finale or by visiting or contacting the Dean's office. (See below for details)

Saturday, May 11, 2013
1:30 p.m. Graduates: Line up/Processional
Graduates, wearing cap & gown and carrying hood over left arm, meet at the tent adjacent to the Meyer Sports Complex for check in and line up. The Processional will begin promptly at 2:30 p.m.
2:30 p.m. Trinity Evangelical Divinity School and Trinity Graduate School Commencement* (Meyer Sports Complex)
Speaker: Timothy L. Davis, President, English Language Institute/China
*Doors will open for guest seating at 1:45 p.m. Seating is on a first-come, first-served basis.
The processional will begin promptly at 2:30 p.m. Guests arriving at 2:25 p.m. or later will not be seated until after the processional and invocation.
